Elite Speed at Slammers North Baseball

Elite Speed Sports Performance is pleased to announce its partnership with Slammers Baseball, combining Olympic-level strength and power training with elite baseball specific instruction and development, creating the most comprehensive baseball performance program in the state of Colorado. Elite Speed now offers 3 locations in the Denver Metro area: Centennial, South Denver, and North Denver.

At Elite Speed our mission is “to impact, lead and mentor athletes of all abilities through sports specific performance training.” This unique collaboration gives us the opportunity to train athletes at a higher level and help them attain their full potential.

Elite Speed will further its role in supporting Slammers Baseball by offering individualized, privatized and team performance training services. This partnership will strengthen Slammers Baseball’s mission “to provide their players with the best facilities, coaches and baseball experience to catapult them to the next level.”e.

Strength & Mobility Training

  • Program Start: Monday November 6th, 2017 Assessments Day
    November 8th- 1st lifting day
  • Sessions: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Details: Lifting only portion takes place in November & December

Weighted Ball throwing and Lifting starts January 2nd, 2017

  • Throwing Sessions: Monday and Fridays
  • Times: 3:00 – 5:00 PM

Participants will still lift Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Cost is $1000.00 for 4 Months, or  $250.00 per month

Bat Speed Program

  • Program Start: Monday November 6th     (Assessments Day)
  • Assessments: TBD
  • Strength & Mobility Training
  • Overload & Underload Medicine Ball Workouts
  • Dates: November 8th- 1st lifting day- Hitting Day
  • HItting Days: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
  • Lifting Day: Fridays
  • Times: 4:00 to 5:30 Hitting, 5:30 to 7:00 Lifting


Catching Strength & Mobility Program

  • Start Date: November 6th, 2016
  • Strength & Mobility Training
  • Overload & Underload Medicine ball workouts
  • Dates: November 8th- 1st lifting day & Catching drills
  • Drill Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
  • Lifting Days: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
