A REVOLUTIONARY ARM CARE PROGRAM
Our Arm Velocity Program focuses on continuing the process of arm health and developing mechanics through strength training. The bi-product of such emphasis on functional shoulder health and strength training has increased throwing velocities.

PITCHERS/POSTION PLAYERS
This program can be benefical for both pitchers and position players. Position players will do modified (non-mound) programs.
STRENGTH TRAINING
Based on age, we will put together a strength and conditioning program that has proved to increase health and velo.
WEIGHTED BALLS
We use a variety of weighted balls to help increase shoulder strength and velocity no matter the position you play.
